Has anyone visited the Paradiso condos on Meadow Rd. yet? They've taken some old-stock 1960's apartment buildings and gutted them to make new condos. They are offering a lot of nice high-end detail touches which really make the place stand out. The multiple pool areas are nice, though I doubt the palm trees are going to make it through the winter. lol.

The interesting thing is that this is a great example of taking older apartment stock and making it lucrative and productive again. This is going to give that whole apartment area a shot in the arm. Also its nice to see new property available again inside the loop, but not outrageously expensive. Maybe an example of what can be done east of the Central along Greenville.
