    Cemitiere Montparnasse

    Stumbled upon this cemetary, where Sartre, Beckett, and Ionesco (and Serge Gainsbourg, for those of you familiar with him) are buried. I'll get to photos of their graves eventually, but first, some of my favorite shots of the graveyard before I realized exactly what I had stumbled upon:

    Nice job. That's certainly much more tasteful than the Recoleta Cemetery in Buenos Aires (where Eva Peron is buried).

    This isn't where Jim Morrison is buried, right?

    No, it's not. I forget what that one is called -- but I'm going to try to take some shots there in the next week or two. The graveyards here are breathtaking.
