San Antonio-short and sweet

I was down in San Antonio last weekend, the place was a madhouse with the NBA finals. I didn't have time to take many pics, but here are a few.

San Antonio is definately a different city. The only city where the tallest office building is the third tallest structure in the city.

Thanks for the pictures, it is fun seeing this city. It definately has some great areas.

Thanks...it's been five years or so since I last visited. Even though the Marriott is now the city's tallest, the Power and Life Bldg. is still my favorite. I don't remember the antenna as being such a dominant topper (don't even start with it), but it looks great, and I love the lights atop the Drury Hotel. They remind me of what the Merc spire used to be like, and will oneday look like again. Its amazing how much life an animated spire can bring to a city's skyline.
