    Possum Kingdom Lake

    Just a scant 100 miles west of Dallas (70 miles west of FW) lies this beautiful lake and the Cliffs Resort.
    Who says the DFW area lacks natural beauty? People who don't get out and explore, that's who.

    I remember being there once and could not get over how clear the water was. We stood on one of the beaches and it was just incredible.

    It really is beautiful out there. The drive from Graham down to Mineral Wells around the eastern side of the lake is probably one of the prettiest in Texas.
