I do not know if I would go as far as saying no saints are americans new team. I dont think they will have the same following the cowboys had in they hay days.

This is the first year that they have actually sold out every game of the year. They might want to worry about maintaining the New Orleans fan base, before being dubbed America's Team. If they have a couple of bad years, I wouldn't be surprised to see them go to San Antonio when their lease at the Super Dome expires (I believe 2010).

Not really true. This is the merely the first year the entire year was sold out BEFORE the season started. There have been many years where every game was sold out. It's just sometimes some didn't sell out until the Thursday or Friday before the game.

My personal feeling, as a Saints fan from day one, is that the Saints will never leave the Crescent City. San Antonio will just have to find another NFL team to poach.
