This may be dealt with on another thread though I haven't seen it. does anyone know what the massive hill of dirt is right by I-35 in Victory? I drive by that area about once a week and this is the first I've noticed it. Is this the dirt they have dug out to form the hole for the Mandarin?

Maybe stockpilling for the Hines/Hillwood office building site next door.....?? Something is happening on the site because the black metal fence is removed and something else is going in. I noticed trucks digging holes this week. This is the site west of the Terrace, across Victory Ave. Is this office building starting?
