A Comair (Comair, of Delta Connection, is a Delta Air Lines subsidiary) plane carrying 47 passengers and 3 crew members going from Lexington, KY to Atlanta, GA crashed in Kentucky.

What a shame. I just saw CBS reporting that the pilot accidentally took off on the wrong runway. Apparently, the Lexington airport only has one 7,000' long runway for jet aircraft. The pilot of this Comair flight mistakingly took off from a shorter runway. I'm guessing he pulled up too fast, causing the engines to stall.
