Looking to buy a "Prosumer" Digital SLR (Spring 2010)

I'm looking to buy my first digital SLR camera. My last SLR was our family camera back in the 80's.

I have the T1i and love it. The new T2i sounds like a 7D-light; it has most features except the large viewfinder and the 8 fps rate. I wanna upgrade...
