I'll also throw into the mix West 7th in Fort Worth.

Shouldn't that be in the 'suburban' category?

It is difficult to differentiate between urban and suburban in Dallas. From a global perspective, Oak Lawn would be considered suburban since the sidewalks are narrow and the urban planning is geared towards cars rather than pedestrians.

Thanks for pointing that out. For the purposes of these nominations, "Urban" should be considered within the Corporate boundaries of the cities of Dallas and Fort Worth. "Suburban" will be considered all other Metroplex cities/towns. I hope that helps.

West 7th is urban - it's a walkable mixed-use develoment just outside Fort Worth's downtown core. That'd be like calling a development in Uptown Dallas "suburban."

Since West 7th's taken, I shall nominate Museum Place down the street - though not yet fully built-out, what's been built thus far is quite nice.
