So far, just the DMN is reporting that exec(s) at Sigel's have talked to Spec's about a recent acquisition offer by Spec's. Sigel's has 10 locations here and if this happens (and Spec's still goes through with their previously-announced 3-store local plans), Spec's would have quite a share of the DFW market.
