Not only am I taking photos of this project but i am also working with the crew as we get underway to bring this one down. spent the last two day taking wiring out of the building talk about a work out.
This one sits at valley View and Josey This was built we think around 1968 I found blueprint of the building from a redo in 1977, found another set from 1999. It was central bank, texas commerce bank, first city Texas then Chase.

Inside the crew had to remove all the wiring from the ceiling That mean removing the gypsum ceiling tiles from the drop ceiling. we used a basic garden edging tool which split them in half.

Second floor was completed gutted by the asbestos team

once the ceiling tiles were exposed then the wires can be grabbed by a hook and pulled down as seen here

An ac and heating crew came out to remove freon from the big ac units on the roof
