Way back, I wrote in vb codes that could be used to add YouTube and Google Videos into posts without having to use html. (My next project might be doing something similar with photostreaming/photo sites such as flickr, etcetera. . .)

Today, I wrote up some vb code to include videos from these sites:

Vimeo.com
Metacafe.com
Dailly Motion.com
Break.com
