What's this area like, right by the campus and stadium? I've only ever been the other way on Mockingbird. I know SMU has the stereotype of having a lot of rich kids go there but is the surrounding area to the school okay?

It's Highland Park and University Park. Also called the Park Cities. The highest rent district in the city. The average house is $1.5 million.
