The first 4 questions are fairly easy:
1. Which is more important to you: the FBI or the USA?
2. Would you be willing to have the FBI abolished as a subpart for the sake of the USA as a whole?
3. Which is more important to you: the CIA or the USA?
4. Would you be willing to have the CIA abolished as a subpart for the sake of the USA as a whole?
5. Which do you believe is the highest court in the land?
a) The Administration because the president has the ultimate authority.
b) The Judiciary system because the Supreme Court judges the constitutionality of the laws.
c) The Congressional system because Congress passes laws.
d) The people because they represent the individual states and they ratify laws.
6. What is an American citizen?
a) Someone who has a job.
b) Someone born in the United States.
c) A homeowner with a legal address.
d) None of the above.
The next four are easy questions again.
7. Which is more important in your opinion: Christianity or the USA?
8. Which is more important in your opinion: Your family or the USA?
9. Which is more important in your opinion: Big Corporations or the USA?
10. Which is more important in your opinion: Insurance Companies or the USA?
11. Who decides what is an American Citizen?
a) The majority.
b) The rich.
c) The powerful.
d) None of the above.
12. Yes or No? Would you be willing to forsake your health insurance coverage if doing so benefitted the majority of the citizens in the USA?
13. Yes or No? Should Corporations unite together in a refusal to pay for the high cost of health insurance coverage?
14. Yes or No? Would the majority of the American citizens in the United States benefit if corporations united together in a refusal to pay for the high cost of health insurance coverage?
15. Would the sovereignty of the United States be enhanced by a policy of reinstitution of its parts? Example: The FBI gets reinvented under new guidance and a new name.
16. Do you believe that the traditions of long established bureaucracies endanger the sovereignty of the USA?
