Ahmmm . . . How can it be healthy for a society to pay more every year to health insurance company middlemen while the market controlled by them ultimately pays physicians less and charges the patient more?

Ahmmm . . . one day it will be a prerequisite to provide health insurance for all government employees. Because they have tax payer money to spend and can raise any amount when needed, Governments can afford to pay any amount to insurance companies for their employee's health insurance. Therefore, corrupt governments under the influence of insurance company lobbies indirectly subsidize cheaper health insurance for the benifit of 1. insurance companies, 2. govenment employees and 3. large corporations -- and this is all being paid for at tax payer expense . . . ahmmm.

Ahhhm . . . when only the rich and the poor can afford health insurance, it becomes unhealthy to be part of the middle class. Powerful nations have middle classes.
