Park Cities Presbyterian Church

Anybody know if this church, which has moved into the space of the old car dealerships on preston, is going to be in this space permanently? it looks so odd driving by and seeing what is obviously a layout for a car dealership with rows of chairs for congregants. if this is the case, it would be such a waste of space in the middle of park cities.

The church hasn't moved - they still are in the building across the street but have continued to grow and use some of the building space for classrooms.

I believe the large-scale mixed use project that was to take place on the Park Place site is still being talked about, but will be interesting to see if it ever actually moves forward.

They also hold the Sunday evening services in the former dealership building (but not the main service)

I used to attend this church - at the time before we transferred (early 2004), they were looking to expand into that space and build offices, more classrooms, etc. Noit sure if those plans have changed or not though...
