Didn't know where to put this...Was wondering what the story is behind the one story building on the SE corner of Lemmon and Knight. It's hidden behind some trees and looks like it's pretty old with some cool detailing. Is it a historic structure? Are there any plans for it? With all the action happening on Lemmon I'm worried about it getting demolished.

It seems like there hasn't been anything in that building for 10 or more years. The sign on the building used to say Political Research, Inc. They are now located on the tollway up by Addison.

That building has been empty for a long time. I always heard that it was originally a mortuary. Maybe that's just urban myth? But I always wanted to see inside it. Looks spooky.
