Has anyone heard of Garrett, Tx changing the town name to Russ Martin, Tx?
I think its going to happen, they are starting town meetings on Monday.
If you dont know where Garrett is, it is on 45, north of Ennis, south of Palmer.

Basically its a shit hole with shitty streets, the whole deal.
It needs all new streets, police cars etc...
If they go through with it, it will change the town forever, hopefully.
