Has anyone tried it yet?

I think it is a good step in the right direction but it has nothing on Firefox.

I downloaded for fiddling. It's convenient to have IE for practical web design.. such a large portion of the market still uses it. It's even more convenient to have the new Netscape.. which has both a Firefox & MSIE rendering engine in it. You can switch between the way both browsers would display with a button on the status bar.

That's pretty cool. I still have basic IE (6.something) for the websites I manage, but since they are pretty much fully built out now, I don't have to use it much.
I'll have to try the new Netscape if I ever any new work.
