North Park III demolition

Anyone going tomorrow? It's the building right next to the Art Institute, across 75 from the North Park mall. We stopped by there tonight and the cops guarding the place said it's supposed to come down at 8 am if they can keep with the schedule. They are supposed to be having free (I'm assuming it's free) breakfast to kick it off. The cop said people are gonna be congregating on the top level of North Park mall's new parking garage, though that view is gonna absolutely suck since they will be looking due east right into the early morning sun.

Apologies, I found some more information. The breakfast thing requires a ticket. But there are still several vantage points that you don't need to pay for.

I went, was on top of the new Northpark garage next to Central. The sun was indeed bright, right NEXT to the building, but not all that bad. And people lucky enough to get a spot on the north end of the garages didn't have to deal with the sun as it was behind the condemned building. I took pictures which I'll post this afternoon or this evening. (I promise)
