Office Space

Ok guys and gals, I am going to need an office space within the next year and I want some info from the people here.

I would really like to get into an urban office setting.

I need about 800-1000sf.

How about the west end?

Basically I do not want a corporate enviroment office, plain office, 8' walls etc...

501 elm has some very cool office space. Its in a historic building on the corner or elm and houston. Next to the 6th floor musuem. Brick walls, wood beams ceilings. Not sure how much space they have open or what their costs are. call 214-741-6989 and they should be able to give you some more info.

I saw a 6' yellow walking golf tee advertising office space for rent at the SE corner of Ervay and Commerce this morning.

We office out of the Dallas Brewery Building just under 1000 sq. feet for $750 a month.

I office at home for no additional rent. I was able to write off 120 sq.ft. of office space on my taxes :)
