FYI....
I drove down Main Street last night (12/20) after the Mavs game. It was bumper to bumper traffic. DT Dallas has already made a 180 degree turn around since I moved here in March 2002. It is surprising what 3 new bars and 3-4 new restaurants can do to an area. To add to that, I think we'll see a lot more activity when the Elm Place condos and the Davis Building apartments are completed. It is greatness.
