Anybody else headed down this weekend? Getting a little worried about Hurricane Rita.

The lineup's pretty good this year, if not odd.
But Goldfrapp! Damien Rice! Kt Tunstall. Yummm.
I went in 2003. It might be worth going to again this year.

Wow. Just when you think you've found all the web has to offer, you learn that there's a festival for the Anterior Cruciate Ligament (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anterior_cruciate_ligament). I guess the Internet has penetrated all the way into the world of common sports injuries. What will they think of next?

FYI, the 2007 lineup has been announced. I think it's the best they've had by far.

Holy Hand Granade!!!
Much better lineup than Lollapalooza - Chicago ( www.lollapalooza.com/default.asp?fd=1).

I considered doing Lolla because a)I can walk to it from here and b)Daft Punk and Patti Smith = heaven. However, for the price-to-personal favorites ratio, ACL wins easily.
