One question that's been naggin' at me lately as I drive the road on Grapevine Lake dam regularly- what's the story on that paintball place that occupies the park on the south end of the dam? I thought that was Corps of Engineers land and public use, but I've seen Park Road Four closed off sometimes. Then other times it's open like it used to be about 2 years ago or so when I used to take my girls there to play and fish.
