Need some help....

I want to offer pro bono construction work through my company but dont know how to get it started.

It really isnt pro bono but cheap. They will still have to pay the subs but I am not adding my overhead or anything to it. ( and we all know how much that can be )

What do you guys think?
I only want to offer it to people that actually need it.

The City of Dallas actually has a program for working on homes which is actually part of a federal program from HUD.
