Okay, Atlanta?
Ya, Atlanta. I was down there Wednesday evening, and this building is really making a nice statement.

Great looking building that just seems to fit right in Midtown.

What a wonderful fit for Midtown Atlanta. Is it a condo/office tower along w/ the symphony?

It is primarily office with some 30K sq ft of retail on 14th. There are also two restaurants slated for the development including one of the most anticipated in the last 5 years: TROIS .

Wow, I like that....
Maybe Hines can give us something like that in Victory Park.

I've relaxed in Piedmont Park watching the cranes build this building, and it certainly does make a statement, but I dont like or dislike the way the building looks. Only one good view I've had is heading up Cresecnt St toward it. The 'pieces of flair' accenting the top (covering the machinery) are dumb, IMO. Nevertheless, on the street, this building makes the sounds of the city happen in Midtown Atlanta. It's, like, I dont know, the wrong color or something. Tall and everything, but just average, overall.
