Well, how 'bout that.
By the way, that boat is almost never - ever - in it's New London homeport.

You know - and yeah, this is an insane nerd moment - the Dallas of all they could have chosen was referenced in an episode of "Stargate SG-1". Totally irrelavent, I'm sorry.

Hate to revive an old thread, but the USS Dallas features prominently in a number of Tom Clancy books. Basically any one of his books that mentions a submarine at all will use the USS Dallas.
