2011 Cedar Springs vs 1999 Mckinney

Ok, I am going to buy a loft at one of these places. Cedar seems to be cheaper than 1999, why is that?

Can anyone get me a floorplan of 2011 Cedar Springs?

Better late than never, I guess. Go with 2011. Lincoln Properties is building a new office tower right in front of 1999 McKinney that will ruin their views. 2011 is a much better looking building to boot -- good set backs, a better view of downtown.

They aren't lofts. Lofts can only truly exist when there was a previous (usually industrial) function. New buildings aren't truly lofts.
