Just curious about the biz. itself - is it just a biz on paper or does it perhaps have an industrial locale contract to actually construct anything at all.

Always wondered about it, but, never inquired. (I don't really like safege-type monorail - but, it sure was interesting in F-451 the movie.)

That building is a condo on the Katy Trail. It's not too expensive but not that cheap.
