I actually think the massiveness of this project is what makes it look so cool. We are always talking about wanting neighborhoods dense with 6-10 story buildings. Just imagine this height of builiding all over the Uptown, replacing all of the tired garden style apts..you would have a really impressive neighborhood. I say Bravo to Gables. I studied the detail on this property and it is very unique in how the different floors have different styles of balconies, terraces, etc. And the grand glass facade at street level is stunning. Additionally, taking into account that this is providing the infill we all so desperately want, I am calling this one a jewel. I personally like most of Gables projects.
