As many new homeowners quickly discover, you cannot sue your builder because of a little known "mandatory binding arbitration" clause in your contract. Or, if you are really unlucky like the people in Texas and other states, builders and developers are not licensed or regulated.
After purchasing into a WOODHAVEN HOMES community in Arlington, I struggled with quality of work issues, customer service problems and an unresponsive warranty department.
