For those of you who don't already know, the Central Dallas Association finally has new info on their website!!
They now have a link that says, "Downtown Partnership-Main st." If you follow it, and go to master plan, there are links to "what's accomplished", "In the works", and "on the horizon." There is some really cool looking plans that I had not heard about (through this forum, or otherwise). If you haven't already, you should all take a look. Like I said, some REALLY nice projects...and from reading the text, nearly all of the projects have been approved by the City Center TIF District board and are soon to be on the City Council agenda!!
If even a few of these projects actually get off the ground, it would do wonders for downtown...not to mention if they virtually all did!!!
