ZOM's Miami Beach development

I was in the Art Deco district of Miami Beach last week and I happened to notice this ZOM development.

It is in a prime location on the main South Beach strip fronting the beach. It is also next door to Versace's house.

Is the last one's Versace's house, or is there Greek styling on the ZOM development as a tribute?

The last one is Versace's house. I think he was shot and killed right there in front by a stalker. It is directly to the south of the ZOM development.

didnt they auction off the versace house?

Man, if that development is right next to Versace's place they must be charging a pretty penny for those units. From what I know it was sold, and there were plans to turn it into a very lavish boutique hotel but I think those fell through? Anyone know more about it?
