I noticed a construction fence and a demolition trailor set up at the corner of Mockingbird and Greenville (across from 24 Hour Fitness...near Campisi's). Anyone have any info?

Yes, it is C & B space - looks like they might be doing asbestos abatement? There should be some permits pulled to describe the work, but I'm feeling lazy right now.

Yep I will photographing the demo Thrusday. The folks at Jr's demo are doing this one in, Bobby and Billy Lindamood are freineds of mine. Cork and bottle moved into a smaller space where a printing shop was. closer to Campasis near the eye glass shop. the building that will be toen down is t make way fo a bank according to Billy when I talked to him last week.

I think that was once a Centennial Liquor Store - anyhow I remember being scared to go in there, even after I was "legal" - somebody might drive by and see me!

Stupid thing is that Chase inherited the Wamu location across from the Meadows Building(The Fair titty bar). That branch never saw one day of business. Brand new. Never used. Instead of using a brand new building not 1/2 a mile away they are building another!

Yes on the North West corner.

On the Northeast and Southeast corners of Forest and Marsh Ln. in Northwest Dallas, there is a Chase Bank that sits right across from a Chase Bank. Time stood still as I looked at my watch and I realized that we have reached the end of the universe.

^True. Peruna Holdings owns the Chase Bank, as well as the strip center with the CVS at Mockingbird/75. It will all likely come down when construction begins on the GBL.
