Thanksgiving Square

Hey everyone.

My name is Alex, I live in Garland, and I love the DFW metroplex.

I'm doing an art project for Thanksgiving and I remember seeing great quotes on those big stone blocks around Thanksgiving Square downtown. Does anyone here happen to know them? Please post if you do. I remember thinking how beautiful they were last time I saw them but I didn't think to write them down.

Actually the ones I'm referring to are not actually in the square but placed on street corners around it. They're the large blocks of stone. There are various passages from the Bible, Quran, and I think I saw a Buddhist quote on one. I usually see one of the stone blocks when I get off the Akard DART station.

probably some anti religious people rose hell about it like they do everywhere else..though I dont know for sure, haha probably not
