Quick dinner ideas

Does anyone have any good suggestions for quick and easy dinners to make? I always end up cooking the same stuff, and I'm ready to get out of my rut.

This isn't very exciting or exotic, but it's really good if you don't mind using a crock pot:

4 pork chops
can each of cream of mushroom and cream of celery soups
jar of mushroom slices
dump it all in a crockpot in the morning, ready when you get home
throw together rice or mash potatos and a vegetable when you're ready to eat

Very little prep time and very cheap.
